Terms of Use
General
The following terms and conditions need to be accepted by the Customer to the website (later on “Service”) of company name as Sustainable Mobile Ltd (later referred as "Service provider"). Customer is requested to read the Terms of Use carefully before using the Service. If Customer doesn’t totally approve these Terms of Use, customer has no rights to use the Service.

All rights of service content belong to the Service provider.
Changes
Service provider has a right to make changes to the Service, its content and how the Service is available. The Service provider has a right to change this Terms of Use unilaterally.
Disclaimer
Content or information contained within this Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties. All information, tools or Service are used in Customer’s own sole responsibility. Service provider is not responsible for content of Service, tools of Service or validity of Service or applicability of Service to some specific purpose. Excluding applicable compulsory legislation there are no warranties expressed or implied about Service information providing, correctness, reliability or content.
Registration
A Customer can register in the Service provider’s Service. It is free of charge to register and a Customer has no obligations to buy anything. The registered customer has special functionalities in use like tracking shipments and following order history. Service provider may send news letters to the registered Customer. During registration process a Customer has to fill in: name, correct e-mail address and other required information. Service provider has all rights to remove a Customer account that has incorrect or lacking information. Password confidentiality is Customer’s responsibility. The Service provider is not responsible if a Customer doesn’t follow this safety obligation. The Service provider covenants to obey conscientiousness and good data handling manner with Customer and personal data. (Please read the Customer Register )
Personal data handling
Customer’s personal data is saved in the Service provider’s Customer register. This data will not be given to third parties by the Service provider. If a Customer breaks the law or acts against good manners the Service provider has a right to provide Customers personal data to authorities. Customer has a right to check her/his personal data in the Service and change personal data or ask the Service provider to delete personal data.
Duties and responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for all Service use where the his/her user ID and password is utilised; by following these terms of use.
Customer is responsible for customer’s member name, password and/or account usage and that all usage is according to the Terms of Use. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Customer’s account. If Customer uses Service against the Terms of Use, law or good manner, while causing harm to the Service provider, other Customers or third parties, the Customer will be solely responsible.
Disputes
Disputes of the Terms of Use will be settled in The Helsinki litigation court according Finnish law.
