Terms of Delivery

Buyer

The Customer has to be at least 18 years old. Guardian approval is needed for a buyer under 18 years old.

Shipping

We try to handle and ship orders as soon as possible. Shipping time will be 3-10 workdays depending on delivery schedule of the post office and destination country. In an exceptional case shipping time might be longer. We use a priority class for letter shipments and for packages.

Products will be shipped to the nearest post office, to the customer´s home address or other address depending on parcel size and weight. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are added on top of the total price. Shipping costs vari depending on destination country and weight and size of products. A 23% VAT/TAX is added to EU area shipments. In other coutries the VAT/TAX is 0%.

Our shipping costs do not include custom's duty! 

Methods of payment

In the EU area item prices include a 9% or 23% VAT/TAX. In other coutries the VAT/TAX is 0%.

Bank’s payment buttons

The Checkout transaction service will transfer customer’s payment to the seller. Customer has several bank payment buttons available. The Checkout service is a safe way for the Customer to pay. The Checkout service is under Finland’s financial control and in addition it provides for the payer a free of charge warranty. The Checkout service of a service by the Checkout Finland Ltd (VAT:FI21966066).

Joustoraha-service is meant to all over 20 years old Finnish persons and maximum of 1000 euros purchase.

When the Customer has chosen the payment method from alternatives, then the customer will be transformed to the Checkout service, where the payment itself takes place. The system asks the customer to choose the bank and after that the customer will be in bank’s system. All this will take place through secure, encrypted connection, outsiders cannot access this information. After customer has approved the payment and returned to the Service (webshop), the payment will be immediately marked to the seller. The payment will thereafter be delivered to the account that is administered by The Checkout Finland Ltd and the payment will be transferred from that account to the seller’s account.

Credit card payments

Payments can be done with credit cards Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. The Service (webshop) acts as a marketer of products and services and ships products to the customer and takes care of law-abiding issues and self-specified obligations. The payment made with credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) creates a contract between the customer and the Suomen Ostolaskut Ltd (VAT: FI22843033), which is the receiver of the payment and the official partner of the Checkout service and will transfer the payment to the seller. The partner of Luottokunta (Visa and Visa Electron) and Master Card in this matter is Suomen Ostolaskut Ltd.

PayPal

We are verified by the PayPal-service. If the payment is done by PayPal-service, the credit card information is not transfered to the seller.


Cancelling order

If you want to cancel your order, please, contact our customer service.

Shipment damage

Sometimes a package might be damaged during the shipment even if it is carefully packed. So it is good to check in the post office that the package is intact. If the package is damaged and ordered product / products are damaged, please submit a damage report in the post office.

Change and return

As a customer you have a right to inspect products at your home as you would in a shop, but you cannot take a product in use without losing the return right. According to the Finnish consumer protection law you have right to cancel the deal within fourteen (14) days after receiving the product. The product/products you return should be in same condition as when you received them. Returned products should be unused, in original package and possible brand markings still attached. The instructions manual should also be included.

Faulty goods

If any item of physical product included with your order is faulty or damaged, please, inform our customer service immediately (tel. +358 (0)29 123 0899).
